So this will probably become my new new patch, due to a new job and less time to go walking / birding. Warrens Hall and Bumble hole should be easy enough to get to, during my split shifts.
Birds seen, amongst all the usual suspects today include:-
Moorhen, coot, goldfinch, wren, black-headed and herring gulls, mistle thrush, pied wagtail, chaffinch, pair of mute swans, Canada geese, goosander, little grebes, grey herons, sparrowhawk, bullfinch and buzzard..
A total of 26 species. Not bad for only a couple of hours.
Snowdrops are also in flower.
